A Trip to the Woods.

This past wednesday we went a trip to the local forest in biology to do some experiments and gather samples of the soil and plants and other things. It was cold and we went there on bikes so my whole class was sweaty after that ride. It was fun though just to walk in the quiet forest and find different signs of animal both small and large.
This last picture is my dream car which I spotted the other day while walking to the bus after school. It's a Volkswagen and it's a newer model. I think it's called a beetle but I'm not really sure.

AND it was my sister's 20th birthday yesterday. We went to this amazing restaurant and had the best evening possible.

Happy Birthday to You.

Today is my mothers birthday and to surprise her I got up at 5 am to make pancakes for her, so that she could have a rare breakfast in bed. She was very surprised and happy when I came in her door singing "I dag er det moars fødselsdag, hurra, hurra, hurraaaaaa". She was very happy for her birthday present as well and we had a nice morning. Later we're going to Holbæk to meet up with Anna and have sushi for dinner together.

The other two pictures are of the sunrise this morning though my camera does it no justice. It was pretty cool with the fog on the top of the hill between the trees and there was even frost on the grass.

Weekend and My Wonderful Canadian.

My moms Canadian boyfriend Dwayne gave me a bouquet (my first ever) of flowers before he had to leave for Canada. It made me so happy when I came home late from a party to discover them in my room and they instantly put a smile on my face. Now I am proudly displaying them in my windowsill and I will do my best to change the water everyday so they won't wither and die as fast. I do have a black thumb though, but we'll hope for the best.
