A View of Roskilde.

So now I'm officially a gymnasium student in Roskilde and have started our regular schedule and all. I walk through a small part of Roskilde on my way to school, and I just find the city in itself beautiful. Personally, I don't think any other cities in Denmark quite compete with Roskilde with the amount of history and personality represented in every building, and around every corner. The tallest building in Roskilde is the cathedral and the city has completely succeeded in having the perfect size for a city. It's not huge with skyscrapers and all, but still big enough that you can find everything you need and a little extra. And of course it's easy to navigate around which I highly approve of. 

But goodnight my folks, and don't let the bed bugs bite ;)

Overnighter some days ago.

These are pictures from the overnighter with my new class at the gymnasium. The new classes at any gymnasium in Dk are called 1.g as its the first year, and goes three years. The first picture is of one of my class' guides who is a 2.g. And yes, in the last picture us girls are holding up the top part of our bikini.
A very enjoyable two days all in all, with a ton of exercise, and we are a whole lot closer now than before, which is very nice. But I have homework to do so gotta go guys! See ya.

New, New and New.

Gosh I really do suck at updating my block.. Oh well...

But anyways I started gymnasium this past wednesday and met my new class at my completely new school. All very exciting, confusing and tiring. So of course I slept through as much as physically possible this weekend which was extremely nice. The last picture is looking out toward the harbor with my school behind me and the cathedral at the right. But anyways I have to get ready for my sleepover with my class tomorrow and I'll try to get some pictures to post here! So long.

RECAP!

Since I have been horrible at updating my blog the last 9 days I will make it up to you now by showing pictures from the last days of my vacation.

We went river-rafting which was a lot of fun! Scary at times though.

Ate lunch at a french Crêperie.

Saw the big bad wolf while exploring Évian-Les-Bains.

Took a ferry to Lausanne at the other side of the lake.

Vacation time: Lake of Geneva.

Me, mom, Anna and Mette and Karoline (who are our friends) have come with us to a vacation house we've rented in Evian right by Lake Geneva in Northern France. We arrived here yesterday. These pictures are from today.
